Her er noen strategier for \u00e5 st\u00f8tte barnet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Struktur og rutiner<\/strong>. Barn med ADHD trives ofte best med faste rutiner og klare forventninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tydelig kommunikasjon<\/strong>. V\u00e6r direkte og konkret n\u00e5r du gir beskjeder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Positiv forsterkning<\/strong>. Fokuser p\u00e5 hva barnet gj\u00f8r bra, og forsterk \u00f8nsket atferd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Samarbeid med skolen<\/strong>. S\u00f8rg for en god dialog med l\u00e6rere og eventuelt PPT (pedagogisk-psykologisk tjeneste).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Selvomsorg for foreldre<\/strong>. Mange opplever en relasjon preget av spontanitet og lidenskap, men ogs\u00e5 misforst\u00e5elser og frustrasjoner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Forst\u00e5 ADHD-symptomer<\/strong>. Innsikt i hvordan ADHD p\u00e5virker din partner kan bidra til mer t\u00e5lmodighet og forst\u00e5else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kommunikasjon er n\u00f8kkelen<\/strong>. Impulsivitet og f\u00f8lelsesmessige svingninger er vanlig. Det kan v\u00e6re utfordrende \u00e5 forst\u00e5 hvorfor en person med ADHD oppf\u00f8rer seg p\u00e5 en bestemt m\u00e5te, spesielt hvis det f\u00f8rer til konflikter eller uventede situasjoner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V\u00e6r \u00e5pen for samtaler<\/strong>. Snakk om ADHD og hvordan det p\u00e5virker deres relasjon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V\u00e6r t\u00e5lmodig<\/strong>.
